Very elite and professional. Services the multicultural community with women's only sections, plus cots for infants, and a play room for children. A variety of fitness classes with excellent instructors. You can take your fitness a step further with coaches and trainers if you like.. After your workout, there is a post recovery wing with ice baths upstairs and equipment to speed up your progress, this is an independent business. There is a large variety of cardio equipment, free weights and exercise machines. After your workout you can consume protein shakes and protein snacks. My favourite is the 🍒 cherry ripe protein shake with added collagen.
Great atmosphere! People here go to train and it shows. Lots of equipment, plenty of space. Supplements, ready to eat meals, and shakes freshly made. Reminds me of the gyms I used as a young bloke starting out many years ago. Good work to all involved in the setup and ongoing management. To the patons, thanks for being so easy to work amongst.

The best gym in Australia with quality and quantity of various machines available for all your workouts. Such a friendly vibe as soon as you enter the reception where all the staff give off a positive and welcoming inclusion to the World Gym Family. It’s the best in the business.
This is one of the best gyms that I have been to, I love the ladies' section, there are so many cool machines, the staff are lovely, and the creche is amazing, I will be referring my friends and family

They removed the sauna in the mens bathroom for repairs been nealy 7 months, new recovery company ups upstairs need to book anx they charge alot. Enquired about when it would come back and they said its an adam question. Your website says the is a sauna in the mens and there isnt.

I’ve been here many times and as expected I left with a smile on my face, my trainer is very nice and has helped me to improve how I work out.
This play deserves a 5 star and I recommend it to anyone 14+
I love the gym and the atmosphere. The quality is great and the environment to motivate my self and keep going is next to none. Thank you to the staff including Shrek who took care of my membership and made it easy to sign up. The price is not expensive for the amazing quality of the gym
